Mayan PaleoBabble (The 2012 Hoax)

Well, sort of. This is more the fault of modern people than the Mayans.
I’m talking about the 2012 nonsense of course. Here’s a wonderful link that very thoroughly, and painstakingly, debunks all the Mayan 2012 calendrical predictive paleobabble. It’s long, but worth the time, at least if you care about “white and nerdy” astronomy and calendrical science.

Thank you for the shout-out. I’m happy that you enjoyed the article. I referenced a lot of your work in it with regard to Sitchin and Nibiru. Thank you for your excellent articles on the subject.
You may also be interested in the 2012hoax wiki at http://2012hoax.wikidot.com or http://2012hoax.org. They’ve taken my article and have broken it up into smaller, more digestible pieces, and have expanded on it as well.
