In 1 Kings 22:19-23, how would you characterize the spirit in verse 21?  Is this spirit evil; even though it is allowed within the Divine Council to accuse humanity; because, this is a pre-incarnation event?  Or, is this spirit acting within godly parameters within the Divine Council?  What is the difference between this spirit’s suggestion and intervention upon Ahab and that of the satan (who is apparently evil yet is also allowed in the presence of God within the Divine Council as an accuser before the incarnation of the Messiah) in the Job passage?  Basically, is the spirit in 1 Kings 22:19-23 &quot;good&quot; or &quot;bad&quot; from God’s, and thus humanity’s, vantage point?
