I saw this today on Larry Hurtado’s blog (already something so useful – thanks for joining the blogosphere, Larry!).
The archive includes faculty articles and dissertations (some gems there I’ve already downloaded – but I have come across a few that are restricted). If you want the URL to specifically search the Divinity School material, here it is.

Thanks for the link, i put it to use and found a good article that may be of interest to your two powers site if its still going. The paper is called “Does Philo Help Explain Early Christianity”.

regardless its worth a read for anyone interested in the subject, its very interesting especially the quarrel between Dispora Jewish communities and how the early gentile believers walked into the confusion on Torah observance.
